The Confederation of Private Employment Agencies is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Croatian Employers Association, marking an important milestone in expanding employment opportunities for Uzbek workers in Croatia.
The partnership aims to establish a structured and reliable framework for recruiting qualified candidates from Uzbekistan to meet workforce demands across various sectors of the Croatian economy, including:

Under this cooperation, the Confederation and its member agencies will work closely with Croatian employers to identify labor market needs, recruit suitable candidates, provide language and vocational training, and ensure workers are properly prepared before deployment.
This collaboration reflects the growing confidence of European employers in the skills, work ethic, and professionalism of Uzbek workers. It will also contribute to safe, legal, and organized labor migration while creating new career opportunities for citizens of Uzbekistan.
The Confederation remains committed to building long-term partnerships with employers worldwide and developing sustainable labor mobility programs that benefit workers, employers, and both countries.
