The Confederation of Private Employment Agencies held an official offline meeting with the Rector of the State University of World Languages to discuss expanding cooperation in the field of workforce preparation and international employment.
During the meeting, both parties agreed to collaborate on a number of important initiatives aimed at preparing Uzbek job seekers for employment opportunities in Europe, the Middle East, Türkiye, and Arab countries.
The cooperation will focus on:
✅ Foreign language training tailored to destination countries;
✅ Professional and vocational skills development;
✅ Pre-departure orientation and adaptation programs;
✅ Joint educational and certification initiatives;
✅ Enhancing the competitiveness of Uzbek workers in international labor markets.
As demand for qualified and language-proficient workers continues to grow globally, this partnership will help equip candidates with the skills, knowledge, and language competencies required by international employers.
The Confederation remains committed to creating sustainable pathways for safe, legal, and organized labor migration while increasing employment opportunities for Uzbek citizens worldwide.
We thank the leadership of the State University of World Languages for their openness and willingness to support this important initiative.
